Then, wrap it securely in beeswax wrap or plastic wrap. After that, place the wrapped dough into a freezer-safe bag and store it in the freezer. This method will preserve the dough’s freshness for several months. When you’re ready to use the dough, simply remove it from the freezer and let it thaw at room temperature.

How To Make Premade Frozen Pizzas

A great way to prepare meals in advance is by making and freezing premade pizzas. Start by rolling out the dough into a 12-inch round and bake it at 350°F for about 10 minutes until it is slightly cooked. This step helps create a solid base.

  • 280g Warm Water
  • 20g Honey
  • 30g Olive Oil
  • 500g Flour
  • 25g Garlic Salt

Instructions

In a medium sized bowl, combine sourdough starter, warm water, and honey. mix until dissolved.

Add olive oil, flour, and garlic salt. mix until smooth and well blended. Cover and let rest 30 minutes

The dough will be a bit shaggy. Stretch and fold until the dough becomes smooth and silky. Cover and let rise for 8-12 hours.

Preheat oven to 450°F.

Now you’re ready to make your bases. divide your dough into 2 even pieces. stretch or roll the dough out into a round shape on a large pizza stone. Place into the oven and bake for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes remove from oven and add your sauce and toppings. Place back into oven and cook 15-20 minutes until the crust is nice and crispy and topping are fully cooked.
